Python Job: IT and Process Agent - Junior

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

· Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems

· Perform changes and configurations to the network infrastructure according to the organization’s standards and procedures

· Review and implement security measures

· Implementing and controlling operational and management Processes

· Provide end-user support and troubleshooting software and hardware problems

· Install and update company software and hardware as needed

· Identify opportunities and develop concepts for optimization of IT.

· Analyze and evaluate infra-structure providers.

What is required from you?

· Full availability to work shifts with rotating days off;

· Focus on problem solving;

· Interest in acquiring new technical knowledge in the area;

· Advanced knowledge in user's perspective (operating systems, Microsoft Office, etc);

· Basic knowledge of graphic and video design (Illustrator, Camtasia studio, etc);

· Knowledge of web programming (HTML, PHP, C++, SQL, JavaScript);

· Experience and training in the area - preferable;

· Experience in technical support areas - preferable;

· Basic knowledge of backend programming (.NET, C#, Python) - preferable;

· Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships;

· Fluent in English and in Portuguese (both written and spoken);

· Available work Shifts: Dawn (preferential), Morning (preferential), Night (preferential).
